Learning to Worship God

About this book

What does it mean to come close to God?Leviticus is the book where God taught His people how to worship Him. This gentle retelling turns those old instructions into something a small child can hold: God is holy, God is near, and God shows us how to come to Him.Instead of a plot, this book walks through the big ideas of Leviticus one page at a time, and grounds each one in something a child already knows. Washing hands. Saying sorry. Sharing bread. Leaving a little grain at the edge of the field for a neighbor who has none.Inside this book Fourteen warm illustrated pages made for ages 3 to 8 A King James Version verse to remember, with the reference What Did We Learn, three short takeaways Three questions to talk about together Words to Know, in plain language A short bedtime prayer A Read It Yourself page of KJV passages for ages 8 to 12 Book 3 of 66 in KJV Bible Adventures for Kids, one book for every book of the Bible, in order. From Guy Charlie Books, a small, veteran-owned publisher.
