The Story Of Therese Neumann

About this book

""The Story of Therese Neumann"" is a biographical account of the life of Therese Neumann, a German mystic and stigmatist who lived from 1898 to 1962. The book is written by Albert Paul Schimberg, a Catholic priest who was a friend and confidant of Neumann. The book describes Neumann's childhood in Bavaria, her conversion to Catholicism, and her mystical experiences, including her stigmata, visions, and ecstasies. The book also explores Neumann's relationship with the Catholic Church, including her interactions with various priests and bishops, and her eventual beatification by Pope John Paul II in 2005. Throughout the book, Schimberg presents Neumann as a deeply spiritual and humble woman who devoted her life to prayer, fasting, and service to others. The book is a fascinating exploration of one woman's extraordinary spiritual journey and the impact she had on those around her. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
