Choice Servants and Saints

About this book

What happens when a man chases the spotlight - and finds God waiting in the wings?Choice Servants and Saints is the extraordinary true story of Nick Farone: a trained operatic tenor who performed at the New York City Opera, sang in Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, worked nightclubs in the Catskills, and rubbed shoulders with the Boston mafia - only to walk away from it all when God gave him a far greater calling. In this powerful Christian memoir, Nick takes readers on a deeply personal journey from the streets of Schenectady, NY, to the stages of New York City, and ultimately to a life of full-time ministry lived entirely out of an RV. Alongside his wife and partner in ministry, Sandy, Nick answers God's call to serve overlooked communities, small churches, and ordinary people whom the world passes by.Along the way, you'll meet the remarkable "Choice Servants" - faithful ministers who sacrificed comfort and career to follow God's voice into forgotten places - and the "Choice Saints" - generous, spirit-filled believers whose quiet support keeps God's work moving forward every single day.Filled with miracle stories, laugh-out-loud moments, international mission adventures in China, and raw testimonies of faith tested and faith rewarded, this book is a reminder that God doesn't call the qualified - He qualifies the called. Whether you're searching for your purpose, struggling in ministry, or simply hungry for real stories of God at work in everyday lives, Choice Servants and Saints will encourage, inspire, and challenge you to step out in faith. This is Nick Farone's third published book, listed in the Library of Congress - proof that with God, all things are truly possible.
