Lay Your Heart on the Wind

About this book

Sunshine Gaynor is the creator of the Love-Story song but has no one with whom to share the blessing of love. She did. Ten years ago, she left college, and Nick Sullivan, to pursue a career in music. Now, she questions her decision to choose success as an international singer, composer, and Grammy Award winner, when she bumps into Nick again while home for her sister's wedding. Sunny achieved fame by trading a commitment to love and marriage, for an arena career. When she meets a friendly stranger who encourages her to trust love, give it a second chance, and lay her heart of the wind to let Nick back in, Sunny is confused. Without a single career focus, her energy would splinter. If she has a family, how can she perform for thousands in Europe if the laundry isn't done at home?Sunny met Nick at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. What if she had stayed? Now, Sunny and Nick reconnect during a wedding venue event at the Labor Day, Holiday at Home gala. Will Sunny be able to lay her heart on the wind and embrace the possibility of a second chance? Will she be able to love and complete the other half, the personal side, of her life?Sunshine
