About this book

The journey continues.Getting to Know God for Kids helped young readers begin building a relationship with God. Now, in Words from God: Following Jesus for Kids, children are invited to take the next step-walking through the life, words, and example of Jesus. From His birth and childhood to His baptism, teachings, miracles, sacrifice, resurrection, and His call to share the Good News, children will discover not only what Jesus did, but what His words mean for their own lives today.Written especially for children ages 6-12, each lesson combines Scripture with easy-to-understand explanations, thoughtful questions, simple activities, and real-life challenges that help young readers put what they learn into action.Along the way, children will discover how to pray, trust God, forgive others, show kindness, serve without expecting praise, share what they have, include people who feel left out, face difficult moments with faith, and let the love of Jesus shine through the way they live. This is more than a collection of Bible stories. It is a journey of learning and discovery that helps children understand who Jesus is, why He came, and how they can follow Him one day at a time. One verse. One lesson. One step at a time.FOLLOW JESUS.LIVE HIS WORDS.SHARE HIS LOVE.
