God's Disciples

About this book

"Truly I say to you, unless you turn and become like children you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven." - Matthew 18:3In the warm embrace of divine purpose, God's Disciples brings together a spirited assembly of youth and volunteers from St. Mary of the Lake Parish. Woven through a beautiful tapestry of reflection exercises, handwritten entries, and heartfelt children's drawings, this collection reveals exactly who God declares our youth to be. Designed to strengthen community bonds, build a foundation in the Word, and directly support the fundraising efforts to rebuild their beloved hurricane-damaged sanctuary, this volume functions as both an interactive devotional tool and an inspirational collection. Inside, readers will discover an A-to-Z exploration of spiritual milestones and values-ranging from Courageous and Faithful to Creative and Compassionate. Each section pairs practical biblical teaching summaries with custom reflection exercises and personal prayers written directly by the youth themselves. Lovingly dedicated to Monsignor James M. Gaddy to celebrate his decades of sacred priesthood, God's Disciples invites you to set aside the stresses of daily life, hear the voice of the Divine, and step forward into a sacred journey of personal transformation.
