Until We Meet Again

About this book

This is a true story that began with a nine-year-old girl who saw her father go off to war, never to return home. That girl was Betty Marris, now ninety-four years old with a strong desire to honor her father's memory with an account of his life as she recalls it.This is the warm-hearted remembrance of a young girl growing up during the Great Depression and the years of World War II. The story is both sweet and tragic...with the innocence of youth, the pathos of the Bataan Death March, and the horrors of brutal captivity suffered by the author's father. This book will return the reader to a long-ago time that must never be forgotten.
