Miss T's Scary Adventure
About this book
Adorable five-pound poodle, Miss T, bolts during a thunderstorm and is lost in suburban Milwaukee. Can she survive without food or water while avoiding cars and predators? This children's short story recounts Miss T's adventure from her point of view. While the little dog does survive, the adventure was a nightmare for her loving family. Much of this story in text and illustration is consistent with that nightmare. I loved the pictures and the book has a great storyline. (Anna, age 12) This is a cute and very unique book. (Maggie, age 13) Any kids with dogs will like this book. (Colin, age 6) This book provides children with a great model for the value in pressing on and never giving up in the face of challenges that are hard and/or scary. (Amy, mother of three)
