Hey, Beautiful Girl

About this book

It has often been said that our words have a lot of power. While this is true, there is a deeper process at work long before the words come out of our mouths. They are our thoughts. Our thoughts form the basis of our internal talk and it is our internal talk that formulates our beliefs about ourselves, others, and our place in the world. Thus, we can conclude, it is our thoughts that possess all of the power. The way we harness the power of our thoughts is through the use of affirmations. Affirmations are the language of our brains. They are the purifiers of our thoughts. They shape our self-awareness, our self-acceptance, and our self-worth. Affirmations restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we begin to think the words that we speak. In Hey, Beautiful Girls, author Madelyn G. Jones addresses all beautiful girls that have ever experienced challenges trying to find themselves and where they fit in. Using scriptures and positive quotes, Madelyn uplifts, reassures, and reaffirms your worth and value in the sight of our father, Jesus Christ.
