The Love of God Saved My Life

About this book

The Love of God Saved My Life is a powerful true story of a woman's journey from heartbreak to healing, from the dark corners of nightclubs to the light of God's redeeming love. Cynthia D. Johnson shares her deeply personal testimony of searching for love in all the wrong places - bed-hopping, clubbing, and chasing validation that always left her empty. Betrayed by relationships, broken by rejection, and left to raise her daughters alone, Cynthia's life seemed marked by loss and disappointment. But when God's love met her at her lowest, everything changed. With raw honesty and inspiring faith, she recounts how surrendering to Christ led her out of despair, through trials of abusive marriages, and into a life of purpose. Denise (the story's heroine) rises to become a voice of encouragement, a minister of hope, and a successful businesswoman, living in peace far from the toxic places of her past. This book is for anyone who's ever felt lost, unloved, or unworthy - and needs to know that God's love can save, restore, and lift you higher than you ever imagined.
