Delaney, Levi & Donnie's God's Story

About this book

Donnie, the youngest of the three siblings, had a special kind of curiosity that often led to big adventures. Levi, the middle child, loved to learn and was full of questions and eager to follow, while Delaney, the oldest, was brave, smart, and always looked out for her brothers. They lived in a cozy house in California with their mom, Alyssa, who worked from her home office, and their dad, Dillon, who spent hours driving through the mountains to and from his job every day. Faith was something Dillon had grown up with, and it was something that still tugged at his heart from time to time. Alyssa had always been thoughtful and open-minded, often encouraging the kids to ask questions and explore the world around them. One day, while reading a Bible story together, the kids stumbled on the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, three young people who stood firm in their faith, even when threatened with a fiery furnace. That night, something incredible happened. Through their imagination (and a little divine intervention), Delaney, Levi, and Donnie, were transported into the heart of the story, becoming part of the fiery furnace moment themselves. In the blazing heat, they felt something powerful and unshakable, a presence walking with them in the fire. Jesus was there. His protection, love, and truth wrapped around them like a shield. When they returned to their world, everything had changed. They couldn't stop talking about what they had experienced. They shared their story with their mom and dad. Their parents listened closely, especially Alyssa, who had always felt there was more to life and loved hearing how real the moment had been for her kids.As the story closes, the family sits down together, asking big questions about faith, fear, courage, hope and salvation. And there, in their living room, the seed of the Gospel was gently planted. This story is more than just an adventure, it's a journey of faith, curiosity, courage, transformation, and the power of God's presence in the fire.
