God Is Speaking - Are You Listening?

About this book

God Is Speaking-Are You Listening? is a call to spiritual attentiveness in a noisy world. The message emphasizes that God has never stopped speaking, but many believers struggle to hear Him because of distractions, busyness, fear, and selective obedience. God speaks through His Word, the Holy Spirit, prayer, circumstances, and wise counsel-but hearing Him requires a surrendered heart and a willing spirit. The summary challenges readers to move beyond merely hearing sound to truly listening with obedience. Listening to God is not passive; it demands stillness, humility, and faith. When God speaks, He speaks with purpose-to guide, correct, comfort, warn, and align His people with His will.Dr. Ware reminds us that delayed obedience is disobedience, and spiritual growth is directly connected to our responsiveness to God's voice. The central question is not whether God is speaking, but whether we are positioned to listen. True disciples learn to quiet competing voices, remain anchored in Scripture, and respond in faithful action.Ultimately, the message calls believers to renew their commitment to listen carefully, trust fully, and obey promptly-because hearing God's voice leads to clarity, peace, and a transformed life."He that hath ears to hear, let him hear." (Matthew 11:15, KJV)
