Nehemiah

About this book

One small voice. One brave choice. One God who makes it matter. When Nehemiah heard the walls of Jerusalem lay in ruins, his heart broke. The city stood unprotected, God's people were vulnerable, and hope felt lost. But instead of giving up, Nehemiah prayed, trusted God, and led a daring mission to rebuild what was broken - stone by stone, heart by heart.Today, kids face their own "ruins" - friendships falling apart, families changing, dreams that feel out of reach. In this modern-day parable, Austin knows that struggle well. What begins as a cracked, forgotten basketball court becomes a journey of courage, teamwork, and hope as he learns that rebuilding isn't just about places - it's about people. In this modern-day Bible story children's book from the Children of the Word Series, kids will: Step into Nehemiah's world and experience his journey of faith and courage.
