They Planned This All Along

About this book

What if everything you thought you knew about the Bible was only part of the story? Most Christians read Scripture from Genesis to Revelation. But what if the clearest way to understand God's plan is to begin at the end?Starting with the breathtaking hope revealed in Revelation and journeying backward through the Bible to Genesis, They Planned This All Along uncovers a remarkable truth that has been quietly woven into every page of Sacred Scripture: the Holy Trinity has been patiently preparing humanity for communion from before the foundation of the world.Along the way, you'll encounter questions that challenge familiar assumptions: Why would God create mankind with the freedom to reject Him? Why would the Trinity preserve that freedom even after Christ's victory on the Cross? Why would a loving God accomplish so much of His work through imperfect, fragile human beings? Why does Revelation reveal not a story of destruction, but the fulfillment of God's desire to dwell forever with His children? Rather than viewing the Bible as a collection of disconnected stories, you'll discover a single, breathtaking narrative of divine love. Every covenant, every prophet, every sacrifice, every act of mercy, every triumph, and every apparent setback reveals another step in God's patient pursuit of His children.Written from a faithful Catholic perspective and deeply rooted in Scripture, this book explores the profound relationship between freedom, love, grace, and redemption. It invites readers to see familiar passages with fresh eyes and to recognize that God's plan was never a reaction to human failure but the unfolding of an eternal design rooted in perfect love.Whether you have studied the Bible for decades or are opening its pages for the first time, this journey will leave you with a renewed appreciation for the wisdom of the Father, the saving work of the Son, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. You may never read Scripture the same way again.Because perhaps the greatest revelation in the Bible is not simply that God saved humanity...but that from the very beginning, He had already prepared the way home.
