Forgiveness

About this book

At the heart of true spiritual transformation lies the ultimate key: Forgiveness. We build our spiritual way of life on the strong foundations of gratitude, acceptance, and humility. We seek to turn our will over to a power greater than ourselves and learn to live life as it unfolds. Yet, even with the best intentions, our spirits can easily become clogged with old hurts, mental ruts, and lingering bitterness. Without the capacity to forgive, our gratitude remains superficial, our acceptance is stuck in resistance, and our inner peace is severely curtailed. Forgiveness is the solvent that dissolves resentment, the balm that heals our deepest emotional wounds, and the bridge that allows for genuine spiritual growth. Think of it as the mechanics of the soul. Many mistake forgiveness for a negative surrender or a way of condoning the harm done to them. But authentic forgiveness is an internal spiritual act-a quiet "pact with God" that happens within your own soul. It is not an arduous task, but rather the most wonderful gift you can give to yourself. It promotes self-love and clears the way for a truly integrated and vibrant spiritual life. When the chaos of resentment is finally rejected, what remains is real peace and the pure echo of love: genuine joy. This book will show you how clearing the path of "unforgiveness" restores spiritual balance and empowers you to love yourself and others as God loves you. If you are ready to release the weight you've been carrying... If you are ready to stop reliving the past... If you are ready to walk the path God intended for you... Take this final, most important step of your spiritual journey.Choose Forgiveness! Choose Freedom!
