Let It Wag: A Holiday Novel

About this book

Let it snow, let it snow, let it...wag! Charm, cheer, and sweetness abound in this story about one girl's determination to create the perfect Christmas. Emmy-award winning author Natalie McKearin (12 Strays of Christmas) presents another heartfelt story about change and grief that is the perfect gift for reluctant readers! All Jules wants is to make life easier for her dad after their big move to Texas. Armed with her lists and love for all things merry and bright, Jules gets right to work planning the perfect first Christmas in their new home. But then her dad surprises her with a massive foster dog who can't keep his paws off her plans! Sparky is energetic and destructive; he delights in knocking over their tree and ripping up ALL wrapping paper in sight. And Jules is not a dog person, unlike her semi-intriguing, wholly annoying new neighbor, Theo. When a rare winter storm brings snow and chaos, everything stops. Suddenly, Jules is stuck with her dad, an unruly dog, and her crush/nemesis. How will she be able to have the perfect Christmas now?
