About this book

The Moon, the Stars, and Me is a gentle, beautifully illustrated bedtime story that invites children to marvel at God's creation's wonders and discover their special place within it. With soothing rhymes and enchanting watercolor artwork, this book takes young readers on a journey through the night sky, where the moon and stars share their stories of purpose and design. As a curious child gazes out their window at bedtime, they ask why the moon shines so softly and the stars twinkle so brightly. Through lyrical storytelling, the book reveals the amazing roles God gave to these heavenly lights. The moon, steady and faithful, helps stabilize the Earth's axis, keeping the seasons balanced and the world in harmony. The stars, like tiny beacons, act as a map in the night, guiding travelers across seas and lands with their constellations. Each celestial creation has a purpose, designed by God with care. The moon doesn't wish to be a star, and the stars don't long to be the sun-they all fulfill their roles just as God intended. Through their example, children learn that they, too, are uniquely created by God with a special purpose, perfectly suited to who they are.As the story winds down, it reassures young hearts that they are deeply loved and cherished by their Creator. With its calming message, The Moon, the Stars, and Me helps children drift to sleep feeling peaceful, valued, and inspired to embrace the unique role they play in God's beautiful design.
