Charismatic Caleb

About this book

Hang out with Caleb as he travels throughout his day tackling different emotions. Excitement, frustration, anger, and even fear! On a whimsical and playful journey, Caleb labels his feelings in this rhyming book. Some emotions can feel good to our bodies while others can feel icky, it is important to feel and acknowledge them all. Before we can teach children how to manage BIG emotions, we must first give them the emotional vocabulary to label them. Self-awareness is a critical component of emotional intelligence and when we give children the tools they manage friendships better, manage emotions better, and have better social skills.
