God's Good Way

About this book

What are the Ten Commandments, and why did God give them?In God's Good Way, children journey through Scripture, from Creation and the Fall to Egypt, the Exodus, Mount Sinai, and the coming of Jesus Christ. Along the way, they discover how God rescued His people, gave them His good commandments, and taught them how to love Him and one another. Each commandment is explained in warm, child-friendly language while remaining faithful to the Bible. Children will learn that God's law is holy and good, but that no one can obey it perfectly. The story ultimately points to Jesus, the perfect Savior who fulfilled God's law, died and rose for sinners, and gives new hearts to everyone who trusts in Him.Featuring beautiful watercolor illustrations and carefully chosen Scripture, this gospel-centered children's book is ideal for family devotions, Christian homeschooling, Sunday school, or bedtime reading.A meaningful way to help children understand God's holiness, His loving commands, our need for grace, and the wonderful salvation found in Jesus.Recommended reading age: 5-10 years.Best suited for independent readers ages 8-10, or as a read-aloud for children ages 5-7.
