Jesus Called My Name

About this book

In Jesus Called My Name: Ajmal and Dhalia-A Love That Never Leaves, Ajmal begins remembering the life she lived before Heaven. With Jesus guiding her and Dhalia faithfully beside her, she recalls her loving parents, the accident that changed everything, and Domenique-the brave woman who rescued her, cared for her injuries, taught her sign language, and became a second mother to her.Ajmal worries that loving Domenique may have meant forgetting the mother she lost. Jesus gently teaches her that true love does not replace love-it grows. This heartfelt Christian picture book explores grief, healing, adoption, courage, and the many beautiful ways a family can be formed.
