About this book

I never set out to become known as a man who walked the nations. I simply wanted to obey Jesus Christ. From the beginning, the Lord placed within me a burden to pray, to listen, and to go wherever the Holy Spirit led. Whether it was a city street, a foreign land, a hidden place of darkness, or a nation trembling under spiritual powers, I discovered that prayer was not limited by walls, distance, or human ability. Step by step, the Lord taught me that when a believer walks in obedience, Heaven walks with him. In Henry Gruver: Walking the Earth for Heaven, Dr. Michael H. Yeager tells my story as a testimony of God's faithfulness, mercy, and power. This is not written to exalt a man, but to glorify Jesus Christ, who still calls ordinary people to extraordinary obedience. Through prayer walks, prophetic encounters, divine warnings, and supernatural assignments, my life became a witness that God is still looking for intercessors who will stand in the gap. May these pages stir your heart to hear His voice, follow His Spirit, and carry the burden of Heaven wherever your feet may go.
