The Little Red Door Made New

About this book

The little red door loves welcoming everyone with a cheerful knock, knock! She especially loves her shiny golden "shoes"-the kick plate at the bottom of her door. But when little black spots appear on the golden plate, she worries. If she is no longer shiny and beautiful, will anyone still love her? Then her kind Owner kneels beside her and reminds her of something precious: she has always been his, and he has always loved her. With gentle care, he gives her a sparkling new golden plate-and a joyful reminder of his love. The Little Red Door Made New is a tender story that helps children understand that God's love does not depend on how they look. Through the little red door's experience, young readers discover the joy of being loved and made new."Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." -2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
