The Outside of Outside

About this book

A little mouse decided to see what was outside the house. He was full of ambitions and set out with pen and paper, intending to draw everything around him into a great map. Along the way, many small animals joined his actions, including turtles living in the water, polar bears living in the iceberg...until they met a cat! In this book, mice are as big as lions, and they can communicate with cats on an equal footing... These unrealistic details will not affect the reader's interest all the way to a climax. This book is a beautiful fairy tale metaphor, humorous and poetic, full of fantasy and wisdom.
