St. John's Wort's Clan

About this book

In a time where our reference points are becoming increasingly rare for the young ones, St. John's Wort's Clan is a must-read story to help them learn some of our nearly forgotten values. Through the daily lives of our young protagonists, the reader will get acquainted with the importance of discipline, honour, loyalty, and the necessity of leading their own life. In a school where the protector and pacifist values of the warrior are at the heart of the teaching, the students realize the importance of leading their own life and learn that every action has consequences. For the knowledgeable adults, this book will conceal plenty of references that may have been turning points in their lives. As for martial artists, they will probably discover a new approach to their martial philosophy. After being dragged from one foster family to another more than once, Nathan has no other choice than to follow a strange fellow called Mr. Smith. This meeting marked the beginning of his new life in a peculiar school unlike any other. At St. John's Wort, a clan that could very well be a ninja clan, Nathan has to study diligently. Initiated to martial arts, he learns about the foundation necessary to become a protective warrior. He discovers a new way of life, the importance of surpassing oneself and the sense of honour. Nathan then begins to search for his missing mother who disappeared several years ago.
