Rescued Dreams

About this book

Truck Lieutenant Amelia Paterson hasn't told anyone about her past in Benson, or the fact her vindictive ex never gave her the necessary paperwork for her rank. Rescue Squad firefighter Ridge Foster became an LT a few months ago, and now he's waiting for an open spot so he can get out of Eastside FH and away from Amelia-who is never going to admit she has loved him since day one. When her secret comes to light and Amelia is forced to step down temporarily, Ridge gets her spot as the leader on truck. But with an old enemy sabotaging her professional and private life looking for payouts her father hid, there's more than one skeleton in Amelia's closet. Will Amelia choose to trust her firehouse family-and Ridge-or will she go it alone? Either way, she's determined the past will stay dead-or she'll have to kill it herself. Another thrilling installment in the Last Chance Fire and Rescue series.
