On Wings of Stone and Light

About this book

Ryon was born from stone to serve darkness, but now he's ready to defy it.Sixteen-year-old Ryon is no ordinary teen. Part human, part dragon, part condor-and once just cold stone-he was created as one of many monstrous gargoyles designed to bring terror. Now alive, Ryon is trapped between two worlds: the vicious gargoyle horde he once called family and the fragile humans he was built to destroy. The attack begins with the old theater-their former perch-where the gargoyles plan to take hostages and claim the town as their own. But Ryon can't go through with it. Something inside him longs to protect, not conquer. Especially since Madeleine came to town, a brave girl who speaks with angels and has a loving nature that inspires him. With time running out before the next full moon, when the town will slip into chaos, Ryon must rally unlikely allies and face the monsters he once stood beside. The choice is his: return to stone-or fight to rewrite his fate.
