Growing Up with Patience

About this book

Tired of telling your kids to wait? Meet Patience, a little girl who can do anything but wait. If you have a child who struggles with patience, introduce them to Patience. In Growing Up with Patience, a wild little girl named Patience struggles with being impatient about anything and everything! From not waiting for her sunscreen to dry to burning her tongue on scalding hot chocolate and pushing kids down the slide so she can go, Patience simply does not understand why everyone should slow down and wait. Why wait when you can do things now? After ruining her own surprise birthday party, Patience decides to embark on a journey to finally overcome her greatest challenge and learn to trust that God has a time and place for everything. Written by creative force Morgan Dabney (@livingratefully), children of all ages will enjoy and relate to the character of Patience while discovering that patience isn't just about waiting but learning to trust and accept that God knows better than we do.
