Benny Speaks Up

About this book

Benny the French bulldog is terrified to speak up for himself at school, but thanks to the loving guidance of Mama Bulldog, he is quickly able to advocate for himself and "have the best day ever" learning along with all the other pups at school! This adorable and adventurous story helps kids and parents alike make the best of our education system and reminds us about the joys of doing well in school. Benny inspires us to stand up for ourselves, which is such an important skill for everyone in life. Written from the heart by a true-to-life Mama Bulldog who is a mother of special needs children and a professional educational advocate, this story brings to light the parent's heart for raising children to be strong, compassionate, brave and love themselves no matter what! Benny and Mama Bulldog's uplifting story is great for school-aged children, especially those with special needs and IEP's, to learn how to advocate for themselves at school.
