About this book

Water goes down, water goes up. Out of the tap, and into the cup. I'm thirsty! Would you like some water?Water drips, pitter-patters, rushes, and rises in this lyrical board book. Starting and ending with a little boy in his home, we follow water's journey as rain soaks into the ground and helps plants grow, then watch it evaporate and create increasingly heavy clouds until it rains once more and flows to the tap. Young children will be enchanted by the little boy's adventure through the water cycle in this accessible, sensory story. Zoey Kim's soft and dreamy illustrations and Sam Voulters's flowing poetry explore science through sounds and sensations, ideal for fun first conversations about the natural world.
