Vampire Family, Vol. 1

About this book

Readers of supernatural romance graphic novels, star-crossed lovers, twisty humor, and quirky vampires will fall head-over-heels for this unconventional love story. Perfect for fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and What We Do in the Shadows. Life bites--especially for a teenage vampire. Pale, socially awkward, and often misunderstood as being terrifying, Natalia Dragomir struggles to find her place in the world. She is stuck in a creepy gothic mansion with her very protective and traditional vampire parents, cut off from the human world. All she wants is to get outside (umbrella in hand) and experience something truly mysterious and powerful: friendship. When Natalia's father finally allows her to attend human school, it's under one condition: Don't let anyone find out she's a vampire. Everything seems to fall into place, and her classmates definitely don't think she's superweird! She even has a cute classmate--Evangelo Dante. Most crushes feel deadly, but what Natalia doesn't know might just end her completely: Evangelo is from a line of vampire hunters. And he has one last test before being initiated into the family business: slay a vampire. Natalia's quirks and general . . . vibe . . . make Evangelo suspicious of her, and he thinks he might have found his prey. But Natalia knows what this kind of attention means--he's totally in love with her. This volume contains episodes 1 to 15 from the wickedly funny WEBTOON series Vampire Family.
