This is a charming book of rhyme meant to inspire a getting ready for bed routine that will have your child calm and ready for sleep. Follow the animals over the bridge and into the jungle and afterwards, mimic their steps up your child's back from the base of the spine up to the neck. The massaging aspect of their footsteps will calm your child. This can also be used as an imaginative exercise. Your child can request their own favourite animals to cross over the bridge and up their back.
