Birthday Around The Sun

About this book

This book explains the beauty of a child's birthday with a storytelling journey each year of a child's developing life. The story highlights the systemic and communal celebration of a birthday from that perspective, which infuses the experience of science and geography, the joy of memories, and life milestones. It also explains to young children why we celebrate a birthday every year instead of every day.The earth orbits the sun, and it takes one year to get around the sun."On your birthday, the earth is in the same place it was when you were born."There is no other day of the year where the earth is in that place!Isn't that a wonderful thing?Celebrate your child's birthday in an educational and meaningful way!We can use this book and the Birthday around the sun song we created that we upload on youtube. Also, to promote healthy eating to children, we decided to make a healthy cake for Sofia's birthday. It has no white sugar, no white flour, nor white icing. It is made of watermelon with real fruits topping.
