Sea Of Feelings
About this book
Teaching children about feelings is vital to healthy social and emotional development, however, it can be a challenging task to take on. Using this book can be a helpful tool for exposing young children to eight types of feelings. Being able to identify emotions is the first step to emotional wellness. Once the child is familiar with feeling identification they can begin acknowledging their own feelings. From there they can start to develop calming or alerting tools that help them work through their emotions. Follow along with the character Scuba Farrah as she takes your child on an underwater adventure meeting different sea creatures. Each sea creature will describe how they are feeling, and how each emotion impacts their mind and body. Give your child the gift of being able to safely swim in a sea of feelings with all the tools needed for their emotional health and wellbeing.
