It was produced for 4-5 year olds, younger or older depending on their skill level. There is a short sentence on each page to reinforce reading. All scenes in the coloring book are adapted from the paperback and hard cover formats. Children love to color. Adults love to color, too. Coloring stimulates your imagination and creativity. The possibilities through color are endless! This coloring book is excellent for travel accompanied by the paperback format. More important it will boost children's confidence in memory and retention. Children should be encouraged to create their own piece of art and not copy colors in the paperback nor hard cover formats. It has been proven that coloring books for children are instrumental in: reducing anxiety, improving motor skills, improving focus, teaching color recognition, preparing children for school, increasing children's attention span, etc. These are just some of the advantages of coloring books. Coloring is a fun activity as well as an educational tool. What a great tool to use while engaging one's child in a relaxed teaching situation. It's important that parents and guardians provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for children during their formative years.
