In Amma's Splendor

About this book

Every soul carries a hidden brilliance, a spark of the Divine waiting to shine forth. Lord Krishna proclaims this Truth in the Bhagavad Gita, where he speaks of his vibhūtis-his divine glories that light up creation. Amma shines with these same glories and works tirelessly to awaken them within us. This book celebrates the knowledge of the Self that unites us with God. Through these pages, you are invited to walk Amma's path by purifying your mind, opening your heart, and uncovering the hidden brilliance already within you-the one Self shining in all. Swami Ramakrishnananda Puri is among the senior-most disciples of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, the world-renowned spiritual master and humanitarian, lovingly known as Amma. Since becoming Amma's disciple in the late 1970s, Swamiji has dedicated his life to serving the world by supporting Amma's humanitarian initiatives and sharing her teachings around the world. He is the author of several books, including The Timeless Path, Amṛṣṭākam, and Living Vedānta. Published By The Disciples Of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, Affectionately Known As Mother, Or Amma The Hugging Saint.
