About this book
Cycling and jesus - What a great combination! If you're a cyclist and you love the Lord, this devotional is for you. It's 100 days of basking in the joy of riding a bicycle and even more so in the awesomeness of God's grace and love. Each day is a simple yet thought provoking devotional that cyclists of any age or skill level can appreciate and help them grow in their Christian walk. Jerry Schemmel is an author, broadcaster, plane crash survivor and record setting cyclist. Jerry survived the crash of United Airlines Flight 232 in Sioux City, IA in 1989. He has worked as a Radio and TV broadcaster in the NBA and Major League Baseball. Jerry owns several ultra cycling records in the state of Colorado. In 2015, he and race partner Brad Cooper won the two person relay division of the Race Across America. A documentary film, Godspeed, was made about the duo's victory. He is the author of two other books. Chosen To Live and The Extravagant Gift.
