My Sister, Goose

About this book

Big sister Miranda wisely counsels her effervescent little sister Goose (who would happily wear her tutu in the snow and sparkly dress-up shoes to the playground) in this tender, playful picture book about two popular themes: siblings and the getting-dressed battle. Perfect for fans of Charlie and Lola, readers will smile at the unique choices Goose makes, and smile at her big sister's creative problem solving. Dress-up shoes for the playground? A tutu in the snow? A wizard hat in the bathtub? Goose loves to show her big sister, Miranda, the imaginative, sparkly, and often unexpected outfits she put on. "TA-DA!" Goose says, and then she's ready for school in her bathing suit! "Oh, Goose!" says her sister Miranda. But Miranda is gentle and always offers Goose suggestions for making her choices work. Written by Alyssa Capucilli, author of the Biscuit books, with adorable illustrations by award-winning illustrator Hyewon Yum, here is a delightful sibling book about how we help each become more flexible when we use kindness.
