The Wonder at the Well

About this book

A woman who is looked down upon by her fellow Samaritans takes a trip alone to the well, a trip she has taken many times before. When she arrives, she wonders about the man sitting at the well. He surprises her in many ways. Unlike other men, He speaks to her! He also tells her that He knows about everything she has done. Her amazement grows when He shows her love and compassion instead of judging her. The most wonderful surprise of all is when He tells her that He is the Messiah! She wants to tell everyone about Him, but will they listen to her? Child-friendly language and detailed illustrations bring this story to life for younger readers. Through this woman's story, children ages five to eight will see that Jesus always loves us, no matter what we've done, and that when we meet Him, we too are excited to share Him with others!
