About this book

From bestselling author Bill Myers comes another hilarious, warmhearted, and action-packed adventure starring the Mulligan family. The Mulligans are used to a little bit of crazy. What do you do when the crazy all happens at the same time?Street-smart Hector has had a hard time fitting in at school - unless you count having regular fights with other boys as fitting in. Now he's got a few new friends . . . if he can prove that he belongs. But the troublemakers' recklessness may prove perilous to the creatures who live at the Mulligan Wild Animal Park. Can Hector learn to make better choices with his friends and accept the grace and love of his new family?Speaking of grace, Janelle is learning to extend bucketloads of it to the girl she's working with in the school musical: the snobby, super rich Chloe Richardson. Now a message from home informs Janelle that the two will need to spend even more time together. Can Janelle survive the night with the all-school mean girl?Back at home, the rest of the Mulligans are dealing with one emergency after another as a wildfire rages across the park's parched land. Time for Team Mulligan to buckle their helmets and once again work together to make sure nobody gets left behind.
