We Do Gymnastics!

About this book

Many people are familiar with gymnastics through the famous feats of Olympic gymnasts. But they may not realize gymnastics is divided into different categories, including artistic, rhythmic, and trampoline or that special skills and equipment are required for each. This high-interest volume describes these types of gymnastics and features gymnasts of different ages, including the youngest athletes, performing the events associated with each. Accessible text is paired with images that support reader comprehension and will inspire future gymnasts to take to the mat.
