Compiled from two years of men's studies in three diverse venues, the Handbook utilizes biblical references and logic to answer the question that all men have: "Why am I here?"The Handbook comprises 26 sequential lessons that train men to become the spiritual leaders God created them to be. Additionally, the Handbook serves as a valuable resource for reinforcing lessons learned by men who complete the Discipled Warriors training. What Others Say About This Book: How many times have you asked yourself, "What is God's purpose and plan for me?". Every man I deeply know has asked this, or a similar question, several times throughout his adult life; I certainly have. In the Discipled Warriors Handbook, Dr. Ray Dillman has created 26 "bite-sized" lessons that aid in the knowledge, understanding, and application of God's word for men to live a God-centered and mission-driven life. These lesson topics offer profound insights that can reshape your life and the purpose God has for you. Over the past 30 years, I've had the opportunity to train thousands of men in a variety of disciplines related to our national defense, contributing to a continued projection of strength and sovereignty. As Jesus-followers, our legacy is centered on The Great Commission, found in Matthew 28:19-20, which God has given to each of us. Ray's "Discipled Warriors" teachings have significantly helped me, and many others, in equipping and educating for this personal Commission. More than reading material, this is an enduring spiritual journey of God's specific plan He has for you.-Mark McGuckin, US Navy (Ret)About the Author: A retired US Army Major, Ray's service included duties as a Green Beret, Ranger, Sniper School Commander, and West Point Professor. After retiring, he was a professor and director at Mid-America Christian University for ten years. Ray launched the Discipled Warriors Ministry in 2024 and wrote the Discipled Warriors Handbook to anchor the ministry's mission of educating and encouraging men to be the spiritual leaders God created them to be.
