Deliverer

About this book

THE GREAT I AM BIBLE STORY SERIES FOR KIDS (VOLUME 1)A lot of different things happened during the time the Bible was written. If everything that happened had been written down, the biggest house in the world would not hold all the books. That's why it can be great fun to imagine how things might have been that did not get written down. While each of the six books in The Great I AM Bible Story Series for Kids is faithfully based on true events recorded in the Bible, our stories are imagination stories, allowing a peek over the shoulders of those who might have been there. Imagine being a bird or a stone, or even a young boy or girl-just like you-who was there and saw God at work in and through His people. In DELIVERER-Volume 1 of the Great I AM Bible Story Series for Kids-enjoy reading four awe-inspiring stories. SHIPWRECKED: Meet Bartholomew, a young boy sailing on his father's ship bound for Rome. During the treacherous voyage, Bartholomew sees God's mighty hand at work through a terrible storm, a disastrous shipwreck, and a faithful servant named Paul. FIVE SMOOTH STONES (brief): Meet a very smooth and talkative stone, who shares how God shaped him (and his four friends) for a very specific purpose! Makes you wonder whether God is shaping you for a specific purpose too, doesn't it? JOURNEY'S END: Meet Rhoda-a young girl who was born in the wilderness-and her Israelite family, who have traveled for many years with Moses. Now, finally, they are nearing their new home, a wondrous land they have never seen been. RAVEN TELLS ALL (brief): Meet a very informative Raven (and his lovely mate) who shares an incredible story about a man, a boat, lots of animals, a crazy storm, a big flood, and a wonderful new beginning. WELL-KNOWN BIBLE STORIES AS TOLD BY BOYS & GIRLS (or even stones or birds) WHO WERE THERE!
