A Third Testament

About this book

A hedonist who becomes a saint. A scientist who warns us against thinking we can live without God. An artist and poet whose work is a plea for the life of the spirit. A philosopher who argues each of us must find our own way to God. A writer who hears the still, small voice of God in the midst of squalor and political turmoil. A revered novelist convinced of the truth of the Gospel and of his own sinfulness. A pastor whose execution continues to stir the soul. Based on an acclaimed TV series, Muggeridge brings to life these seven men--maverick thinkers whose spiritual wanderings make for unforgettable reading.
