Our Gorgeous Baby

About this book

This charmingly funny board book celebrates a family's unconditional love for their slurpy, burpy, boisterous new baby. Baby's eyes are not brighter than the sun. And she isn't as light as a feather--she weighs a ton! Less princess than clown, with a voice a little more screechy than angelic, this baby may keep their family up at night, but no one could love baby more. With lyrical humor, Smriti Prasadam-Halls and Eve Coy reflect the routine chaos a new baby brings, showing that even the noisiest, smelliest, and messiest of babies poses no challenge to the bonds of affection that smitten families--older siblings included!--have with their gorgeous babies.
