Montessori: Planet Work

About this book

Learn the planets the Montessori way! Based on the proven Montessori teaching method, Montessori: Planet Work introduces young readers to our solar system, starting with the sun at the center before moving outward to each of the eight planets--featuring illustrations by Alyssa Nassner. Each planet is textured for greater interactivity, and a final gatefold spread reveals the sun and all eight planets for added spatial context. Written by Bobby and June George, founders of the Baan Dek Montessori School, the Montessori series introduces young readers to key concepts by beginning with the concrete and moving to the abstract. With each book, young readers absorb age-appropriate information and gain a better understanding of the world around them.
