Struggling in Class

About this book

Putting students first should be the first priority of all public school systems. Today that is not the case in New Brunswick where the system is mired in ongoing crisis, students are struggling in class, and the public is losing faith in its public schools. Leading Canadian education analyst Paul W. Bennett's latest book, Struggling in Class: A Report Card on Education in New Brunswick, explains how it happened, assesses the state of the system, and provides a whole range of viable policy solutions. Written in collaboration with Community of Creative Citizens, it provides many lessons for anyone committed to improving our schools for the current generation.
