In many ways, this is a "cook book", giving inspirational recipes that one can savor and enjoy. It could also be considered a "do-it-yourself" book on prayer. Though designed to be read from front to back, the book is written in such a way that the reader can jump from section to section, prayer to prayer, guided by his or her own inner spirit. It is an easy read, so that the reader will find profound, spiritual, helpful, and joyful guidance in their daily prayer lives. The author has not found any other comparable book that is at such a very basic level of guidance on how to pray.
