Be and Do, It's Up to You

About this book

This beautifully illustrated picture book is a playful exploration of individual interests and vocations, encouraging self-acceptance and inspiring children (aged 0 - 12) to follow their passions, no matter how outlandish or unconventional they may seem. Whether it be in future careers, hobbies, life goals and daily living, the message to the reader is clear... you can be and do anything!Presenting a broad range of possibilities for life, through the words and illustrations of various occupations, activities and life choices. These possibilities aim to inspire the child to believe in themselves and embrace their unique interests. Concluding with a comforting reminder that we are not alone or without support, there are many people and opportunities available to help us in this world. Contrarily, the playful ode also suggests that there are times when our friends and family may give opinions and advice, but it's important to follow your heart and "do what's true to you".
