Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star / Brilla, Brilla, Linda Estrella

About this book

In this bilingual board book, baby animals and their parents share the wonder of a twinkling star all around the world, in both English and Spanish. In this sturdy board book just right for small hands, a favorite lullaby becomes a celebration of love. On a beautiful night a deer sings to her fawn, an owl to his owlet, a whale to her calf. In simple English and Spanish text, animal parents all over the world sing this to their young, just as parents all over the world sing to their children as they go to sleep. Jane Cabrera's Story Time celebrates children's best-loved nursery rhymes, now in two languages. Very simple, easy-to-read text appears in English and Spanish, side by side, and accompanies Jane Cabrera's bold, bright, kid-friendly illustrations. Monolingual and bilingual families alike can enjoy a cozy bedtime story. A Bank Street Best Board Book of the Year
