Timeless

About this book

The Mysteries of the Rosary are like the vast oceans of the world. For centuries, believers have drawn from their depths, yet the supply of inspiration remains unlimited. In 2002, Pope John Paul II urged Catholics to pray the Rosary, sharing that the ancient prayer held an important place in his spiritual life. He added that the Rosary had accompanied him in moments of joy, as well as in periods of great difficulty. But without contemplation, he reminded, the Rosary would lose its meaning. TIMELESS offers thoughtful meditations meant to enrich the experience of praying the Rosary. In clear and accessible fashion, this uplifting book contains seven collections devoted to the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries. Each of the 140 reflections presents timely yet timeless application of unchanging truths found within the Rosary's depths. The author's inviting style is sure to welcome those who are yet to discover the Rosary and to further deepen personal devotion to an ancient and elegant prayer. Calling to mind the urging of our Lord to the fisherman Peter, the author invites you to, "Set out into the deep and lower your nets."
